Below we present the answers to most frequent questions of our Clients concerning the purchases made at the Stainless Europe Online Shop.
We supply our Clients with our products via the DPD courier company. It is possible to execute deliveries outside of Poland – countries of European Union.
The order delivery time is counted from the moment of positive transaction authorisation.
The shipment time is postponed for the period between order submission and the date of crediting the receivables on the Shop’s bank account.
The order delivery time amounts to 3 working days after the crediting of the Purchaser’s payment.
The Client will be provided with the total order delivery cost after adding the products into the cart, entering the required details and selecting the country of delivery – the payment is specified in the summary.
The payments depend on weights of products.
Our online shop offers the payment metod via system Dotpay (dotpay.pl)
It is not possible to collect the goods personally at the company seat.
Voucher entitle Client to receive a discount on subsequent purchases made by our online store. Client should type voucher code in special place in Cart.
It is possible to cancel an erroneous order. In order to do it, Client should send an email to: email@example.com and inform about cancel order. Message should contain number of order.
It is not possible to change an order. We recommend cancel one order and purchase one more time.
